Return Exchange Policy for Ballroom Shoes
- In case we send you the wrong style, size, and color
we will replace the item at our expense. Contact Customer
Service Department immediately.
- If you decide to RETURN an item
for any other reason. You will be subject to a $15.00 handling fee per pair
and you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Please insure your returning
merchandize as we can not issue refund on items that are lost in transit to
us.
- If you are exchanging an item you will not
be subject to the $15.00 handling fee. Please insure your returning merchandize
as we can not exchange items that are lost in transit to us.
- WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL AND WE WILL REFUSE DELIVERY OF UNAUTHORIZED MERCHANDIZE

ON OVER A CLEAN CARPET OR A CLEAN SOFT SURFACE.

AND SHOES WITH SOILED SOLES CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND, CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.
- ONLY TOTALLY UNWORN AS
NEW SHOES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
Arranging for Return or Exchange
- When you contact our Customer
Service Department via e-mail to request a return or exchange
of merchandise, please provide us with: Your order Number, and your name.
Then you will receive an email with instructions of how to return or exchange
your merchandise.
- Please, enclose a letter stating the reason(s) for
the exchange or refund when sending the items back to us.
Refunds for authorized returns will be issued within 24
- 72 hours. (less the handling fee and shipping charges).
Special Orders
- All special order
shoes CAN NOT be return or exchange. Sales are FINAL
for this type of orders
- All special orders will take 3
- 4 weeks to deliver.
Videos, CDs, Books, Manuals & Accessories
Return Policies
- Please order with care. We are unable to accept returns
or make exchanges on any video tapes, CDs or any merchandise except:
- If an item is received in a damaged condition, or
- If there is an error in an order on our part. (Items
must be returned within twenty days of delivery for replacement as ordered.)
For defective tapes: First, please check the tracking system on your VCR.
Then try another tape to see if the same problem occurs. If at that time you
discover the problem is only apparent with our video, please give us a call
at our phone number and we will be happy to take care of the problem.
